If your purchase is defective or not working upon arrival you may exchange your purchase if it qualifies under our "General Warranties" (above). Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any returns outside this policy will be assessed a restocking fee which may include shipping costs.
Proof of purchase (a receipt) must be provided. Original packaging must be returned and product must be undamaged and untampered with. For a list of items allowed for an in-store exchange, please see "General Warranties" above.
